Acid Mothers Temple (AMT) is a Japanese psychedelic collective known for a chaotic, maximalist blend of space rock, drone, and noise, frequently featuring high-speed, fuzzed-out improvisations and extended jams. Led by guitarist Makoto Kawabata, their music often shifts from tranquil, cosmic chants to frantic, atonal instrumental frenzies that are both experimental and deeply spiritual.
