In the last hours of the 2024 Silver City Community Film Festival, a festival friendship was forged as filmmaker and Ridgewood Off-Kilter Film Festival organizer Jeremy Finch happened upon the Silco while wandering through Silver City. His film, La Bufadora, screened at the Silco in April, and returns to the 2025 SCCFF as part of our off-kilter after party, along with selected shorts from ROFF.
La Bufadora is a surreal/comedy/acid western film, taking place in the fictional town of Disillusionment, New Mexico.
